10 burpees to 25lb plate
10 alternating overhead reverse lunges 25/10 (plate locked overhead)
10 box overs with plate (20″) 25/10

*Burpees: chest and quads touch the floor, stand up, hop to the top of the plate. Both feet must land on the plate, two foot jump (not stepping). That’s one.
*Lunges: Holding the plate in both hands, elbows locked, 10 total(5/s) alternating reverse lunges

*Box overs: Don’t care how you hold it. Both feet touch the top. Both feel touch the floor on the other side.
