Start with one complex. Each minute increase by one.
“bear complex”: 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 push press, 1 back squat, 1 push press
Rx 65 lbs.
That’s one. Next minute do that twice. It only counts if you don’t drop the bar.
So clean, squat, press, squat, press. Continue until you can’t complete with in the minute.
