**A complete hang clean rep means the elbows pass in front of the barbell. meaning the bar is closer to your body than your elbows

**Shoulder to overhead. If you’re looking at the bar, it’s not correct. Top of the rep means elbows locked and ears between elbows.

**Push ups: I’m not even going to bother.
