Custer: It’s a squat-clean to thruster. Acceptable RX substitute: Power clean + front squat + push press.
**Ether way: Full squat Depth – crease of the hips below the top of the knee. Full hip extension at the top (hips and knees locked). Thruster / push press: Elbows locked, head between the elbows.
-Bars goes to the ground between each rep.

Death by: Minute 1, 1 rep. Minute 2, 2 reps….. ….. …. minute 10, 10 reps. Continue until you can’t complete the reps within the minute. If you don’t understand how it works, I dunno man. Maybe walk.
