Cash out: 10 pull ups. Strict. (do only at the end)
- Round 1: 10 deadlift, 10(per side) lunges; Round 9: 9 DL, 9 Lunge/s; ….. Rd 1: 1 DL, 1/s lunge
- Trap/hex bar is not Rx. Use it. No worries. It’s just not Rx
- Cash out is only done after completion of the 1/1 round.
- Rx pull ups are strict. Elbows STRAIGHT at the bottom, chin over the bar at the top.
