Count up: (1 rep to 10) with a “buy in” and “cash out”
“Buy in” (only do 1 time!)
-50 push ups
1 rep, 2 rep,3,4,5….10
1 Hang clean & Jerk 95/65
1 Box over 20″
“Cash out”(only do 1 time)
-50 push ups
Only do the buy in and cash out 1 time each. So 50 push ups, then 10 rounds of increasing reps of hang clean & jerk and box over, followed by 50 push up cash out.
The middle section is 1 rep of each, 2 reps of each, increasing to 10 reps of each.
Box overs: both feet touch the ground on both sides and the top of the box. No lockout required.
